If you want a quick and easy 30-minute lunch or dinner recipe that is tasty and healthy, then this is a great recipe! I love wraps and this one is so delicious! It has good protein and the balsamic dressing with the strawberries and pecans gives it a delicious flavor with some added crunch and texture. You could also just make this as a delicious salad by itself. I like to make this and have some fruit on the side to serve as a meal. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

¾ c. Olive Oil

¼ c. Balsamic Vinegar

Freshly Ground Pepper

4 Shakes of Salt

3 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast

8 oz. Spring Salad Mix

4 Green Onions

1 lb. Strawberries

1 c. Feta Cheese

1 c. Chopped Pecans

12 Tortillas or Wraps

Preparation:

1. Cut the Chicken Breasts in half and place them in a gallon Ziplock bag. Mix the Olive Oil and the Balsamic Vinegar in a small bowl. Add some Freshly Ground Pepper and a few shakes of salt and mix it up. Then pour half of the mixture into the bag of Chicken to marinate. Let it marinate for an hour or more.

2. Cook the Chicken. You can cook it in the Air Fryer on the Chicken setting, or you can cook it in a frying pan on the stove. Just put 1-2 Tbl. Olive Oil in the bottom of the pan and cook it, turning it over until it is cooked through. Dice the Chicken when it is done cooking.

3. Dice the Strawberries and the Green Onions. Place them in a bowl with the Spring Salad Mix, Chopped Pecans, Feta Cheese, and the Diced Chicken.

4. Add the remaining Balsamic Dressing to the salad and toss to coat.

5. Serve in a Tortilla or a Wrap.

6. Enjoy!
