Peanut Butter Balls
This is a delicious recipe that I have been making every Christmas for years! This is basically a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup copycat. It has Graham Cracker crumbs in it which gives it flavor as well as some good texture. This recipe is simple to make and is a great recipe to make any time of year. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!
Preparation:
1. In a medium mixing bowl mix the Powdered Sugar, Peanut Butter, Butter, and the Graham Cracker Crumbs. Mix it well.
2. Roll into 1-inch balls and set on a baking sheet.
3. Melt the Chocolate until it is smooth and creamy.
4. Dip each Peanut Butter Ball in the chocolate and place it on a hard surface covered with parchment paper.
5. Let the Peanut Butter Balls sit until the chocolate has hardened. Store in an airtight container.
6. Serve and enjoy!
