This is a delicious pasta salad that will have you coming back for seconds. It is the perfect summer barbeque salad and the perfect salad to bring to a potluck. It is simple and pretty quick to make. It also stores well and can last for several days and still taste fresh. My family loves this salad and so will you!

Ingredients:

Salad

8 oz. Pasta Shells

4 c. Broccoli Florets

1 c. Cherry Tomatoes

1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 c. Frozen Peas

¾ c. Bacon Bites

Dressing

2/3 c. Mayonnaise

½ c. Milk

2 Tbl. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

Preparation:

1. Boil the Pasta according to package directions. Drain it and let it cool and place it in a large bowl.

2. Chop the Broccoli into small bite-sized pieces. Then blanch the broccoli by steaming it in a pot for about 2 minutes, or until it is barely tender, but still has some crunch. Let it cool and then place it in the bowl with the cooked pasta.

3. Add the Cherry Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese, Peas, and the Bacon Bites. Stir it all together to combine.

4. In a small mixing bowl make the dressing by mixing the Mayonnaise, Milk, and the dry Ranch Dressing Mix.

5. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir it until it is coated.

6. Serve and enjoy!
