Broccoli Salad
This is a delicious salad that is perfect to take to a summer barbeque! This really is one of my favorite salad recipes. Even people that don’t love broccoli like this salad! I received this recipe from a youth leader several years ago. I have never changed it because I love it just the way it is.
Preparation:
1. Wash and chop 2 lb. of Broccoli into small bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large bowl.
2. Cut a pound of bacon into small pieces (about ¼ inch) and cook it until it is crispy. You can also use Bacon Bites as an alternative to make things faster. Add the bacon to the broccoli.
3. Dice a small Red Onion. Add it to the broccoli.
4. Add the Craisins and the Sunflower Seeds.
5. Mix the dressing by combining the Mayonnaise, Sugar, and the Vinegar.
6. Mix the dressing with the Broccoli salad.
7. Serve and enjoy!
