This is a delicious combination of BLT’s and Chicken Salad Sandwiches, which makes for an absolutely delicious result! I am a huge lover of both meals, and love to make them both separately. But I had the idea to combine them and this is a new favorite meal! I add Slap Yo Mama seasoning and it gives it a delicious flavor. I use this seasoning all the time in my cooking because I love the flavor of it. If you don’t have this seasoning in your pantry, it will change your life! This recipe is quick and easy to make and is perfect for a summer night, lunch party, or for a picnic. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Cook the Chicken. You can bake it, or I like to cook it in a frying pan. Sprinkle Slap Yo Mama seasoning on the chicken and cook it until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, or until it is no longer pink in the middle. Let it cool, then dice it up and put it in a mixing bowl.
2. Cook the Bacon until it is crispy. Let it cool and crumble it into bite-sized pieces. You could also use Bacon Bits as a substitute.
3. Chop the Onion, Romaine, and the cut the Grape Tomatoes in half. Add them to the chicken and bacon.
4. Add the Mayonnaise and stir until it is mixed in.
5. Serve on a Crescent Roll. Enjoy!
