This recipe was a huge hit for my family! When I told the kids I was making something new, I got a few complaints, which is pretty normal. My family is my guinea pigs for experimenting with new recipes. But when they tried this for the first time, they all went for seconds. One of them told me it was the best meal ever! I agree that this is a pretty tasty pasta dish. The best thing is that it is quick and easy to make, so it is great for a busy night. This also makes a big recipe so that there is enough for leftovers another day and it tastes just as good heated up! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

16 oz. Pasta

2-3 lb. Chicken Breast

¼ c. Ranch Dressing

½ c. Salted Butter

½ c. Flour

4 c. Milk

5 Tbl. Ranch Dressing Mix

3 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 c. Bacon Bits

Preparation:

1. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and put it back in the pot.


2. While the pasta is cooking cook the Chicken. Spread Ranch Dressing over the top of the Chicken. I like to cook it in the Air Fryer. You can also grill it or cook it in a skillet with some Olive Oil. When the Chicken is done, dice it and add it to the Pasta.


3. Make the Sauce. In a saucepan, melt the Butter. Then with a whisk, stir in the Flour until it is smooth and creamy.


4. Add the Milk and stir it constantly. Cook it on a medium heat until it thickens. Add the Cheese and the Ranch Mix and stir them in until it is mixed well and the Cheese is melted.


5. Pour the Sauce and the Bacon Bits into the Pasta and stir it up well.


6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
