
This is a delicious summer or fall salad. I love any kind of coleslaw and this is a fun variation that has tons of flavor and is simple to make.This recipe was a huge favorite with my family! My kids love pasta, and anytime there is pasta on the menu, they are excited! This recipe was fast and easy to make and is the perfect meal for a busy night. It is packed with flavor and comes together fast. If you are not a mushroom lover, you could substitute it for broccoli or asparagus, or any other veggie you love. My husband doesn’t love mushrooms, so he just ate around them and still liked the pasta. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Cook the Pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. While the pasta is cooking, cook the Bacon until it is crispy. Set the bacon aside.
3. In the same pan that you used to cook the bacon, leave about 1 Tbl. Bacon Grease (just for flavor). Turn the heat onto medium and melt the Butter. Then add the Minced Garlic and the Mushrooms and sauté them until they are tender and fragrant.
4. Add the Heavy Whipping Cream and cook it until it is boiling. Then add the Parmesan Cheese and stir it in until it is creamy.
5. Add the Pasta and the Bacon and stir it together until it is mixed in well.
6. Serve and enjoy!
