French toast has always been one of my favorite breakfasts! It is so quick and simple, but it also tastes so good! It is a cheap meal and my family always devours it. Most French Toast I have eaten has cinnamon, but this has a secret ingredient that makes it so yummy!

Ingredients:

1-2 loaves of French bread

4 Eggs

3 c. Cream

1 tsp. Lemon Extract

Preparation:

1. Crack 4 Eggs in a mixing bowl and mix them well with a fork.

2. Add the Milk and mix well.

3. Add the Lemon Extract and stir in.

4. Heat a griddle or a non-stick pan to 350° F for a griddle, or medium for stovetop, and slice your bread. I like to use French bread, but you can use any kind of thick-cut bread.

5. Dip each side of your bread into the milk and egg mixture and put it on the heated pan. Cook each side for around 3 minutes, or until it is golden brown on each side.

6. You can serve with syrup, butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, or strawberries and whipped cream. My favorite way to eat it is with butter melted and powdered sugar sprinkled over it. Get creative!
