Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes
This pancake recipe is so good, soft, and fluffy. They are so much better than store-bought pancake mix, and they really are just as easy. You can mix everything in a bowl at the same time and have them come out perfect every time. These are perfect as a weekend breakfast, and they store well to heat up throughout the week. You can make a nice breakfast without taking tons of time.
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl add the Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Buttermilk, Eggs, and Oil.
2. Mix everything with a mixer until it is smooth.
3. Heat a griddle or a frying pan. I heat my griddle to 350° F, or a frying pan to medium. You don’t need to grease a griddle, but depending on the kind of frying pan you have, you may need to grease it so the pancakes don’t stick. Pour about 1/3 c. of batter on your heated pan.
4. Cook your pancakes for 2-4 minutes, until it is about 2/3 cooked on the first side. Then flip your pancake over and cook for another 1-3 minutes, until it is cooked through.
5. Serve with Syrup, Butter, Jam, Jelly, Nutella, or Powdered Sugar.
6. Enjoy!
