This is a delicious spring or summer salad. I have always loved a fluffy Jello salad. I was raised in Utah where these were considered a salad, and you could find a huge variety at every potluck. This is one of my favorites because it is so quick and easy to make, and so tasty. You don’t have to have any experience in cooking to be able to make this, and everyone is sure to love it! It takes about 10 minutes to put together, and you will want to lick the spoon when you are done stirring it together. My kids go wild over this salad! You could also make this dessert. However you like to serve it, it is delicious! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
