This is a simple and delicious lemon fruit Jello salad recipe! I love anything with lemon in it, and this Jello is creamy and filled with fruit. This recipe is simple to make and will be a crowd pleaser. I grew up in Utah where a Jello salad is a must at any gathering. My kids love it when I make this for our family. I hope that you love it as much as we do!

Ingredients:

3 oz. Lemon Jello

1 ½ c. Boiling Water

1 small package Instant Lemon Pudding

1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 can Mandarin Oranges

1 15 oz. can Pineapple Tidbits

3 Bananas

6 c. Mini Marshmallows

Preparation:

1. Boil the Water and dissolve the Lemon Jello in the water. Place it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes, or until it becomes syrupy, but not solid.

2. Make the Instant Lemon Pudding according to package directions.

3. Whip the Cream in a small bowl. Drain the Fruit.

4. In a large mixing bowl combine the Lemon Pudding, Whipped Cream, and the Lemon Jello. Stir it together. Then add the drained Fruit, Sliced Bananas, and the Marshmallows. Stir it together.

5. Put the salad mixture into a 9x13 glass baking dish. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

6. Serve and enjoy!
