If you are looking for the ultimate easy dinner idea, then this might be it! My sister gave me the idea to try some mango chicken, so I tried this recipe. My whole family loved this meal! It is quick, delicious, and so easy. The best part of this meal is that it can be used in so many ways! I served it over rice, but you could use it for tacos, on a salad, or any other way that sound good to you. I love rice, so that is the way we ate it this time. We will try it another way next time, because this is going to be made on repeat! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

4-5 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast

2 c. Mango Salsa

8 oz. Cream Cheese

Preparation:

1. Place the Chicken Breasts in the slow cooker. Add the Mango Salsa and the Cream Cheese and turn it on to low. Let it cook for 6-8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.


2. Shred the chicken. Stir it up.


3. Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
