Slow Cooker Barbeque Chicken Sandwiches
I always love a good slow cooker meal. It is perfect for a busy day and makes the house smell so good! I don’t have to have the stress of trying to hurry and cook something after a busy day and I have peace of mind knowing that dinner is taken care of. I tend to make these meals on days when I know I won’t have time to cook. This recipe is both simple and delicious! The chicken is soft and tender. It is slow cooked to perfection in a tangy, delicious homemade BBQ sauce. The kids all like them. You can serve these with your choice of sides. This recipe is one that I make often because it is so simple and yummy! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Turn the Slow cooker on low.
2. Combine the Ketchup, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, and Garlic. Stir together.
3. Add the Chicken Breasts and coat them in the sauce.
4. Cook for 6-8 hours. Then shred the Chicken and put it back in the sauce. Stir it in.
5. Serve and enjoy!
