Simple Chicken Curry
I love a good Chicken Curry, and this recipe is delicious! I love that it is quick and easy for a busy weeknight. It takes about 30 minutes from start to finish and I have a delicious and healthy dinner that my family loves! I have been making this for years and it is always a go-to meal for me when I am in a hurry. I usually make a big batch so that I can have some leftover for another night. My kids always eat it good and ask for more. There are many different ways of making curry, but I like the simpleness of this recipe. It has lots of flavor without tons of ingredients. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Cut the Chicken Breast into bite-size pieces.
2. Dice the Onion.
3. Heat the Olive Oil in a pot. Cook the Chicken and the Onion until the Chicken is cooked through completely.
4. Add the Curry Powder and the Salt and stir it in. Let it simmer on a low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Dice the Tomatoes and stir them in. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.
6. Serve over Rice. Enjoy!
