This is a delicious fudge recipe! In fact, it is several of my kid's favorite Christmas treat. It is rich and creamy and so easy to make! The kids love to help me make this because they get to break up Hershey’s chocolate bars:) This recipe is simple enough that the kids can mostly make it by themselves. The fudge stays soft and creamy if you keep it covered in an airtight container. We usually make this at Christmas, but you can make it anytime. I hope you enjoy this chocolaty goodness as much as we do!

Ingredients:

13 1/2 oz. Hershey's Chocolate Bars, broken into pieces

2 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

7 oz. Marshmallow Creme

2 tsp. Vanilla

4 1/2 c. Sugar

1 can Evaporated Milk

dash of Salt

Preparation:

1. Butter a 9x13 glass baking dish and set it aside.

2. In a large metal mixing bowl combine the Hershey's Chocolate Bars, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, Marshmallow Creme, and the Vanilla. Set it aside.

3. In a large, heavy-bottom pot combine the Sugar, Evaporated Milk, and the Salt. Bring it to a boil while stirring it constantly. Boil it for 6 minutes. Don't scrape the edges of the pot.

4. Remove the pot from the heat and immediately pour the liquid into the bowl with the chocolate. Stir it until it is mixed in well. You may want to use a hand mixer to mix it because it sets up quickly.

5. Pour it into the buttered 9x13 pan. Let it set up.

6. Cut it into squares. Serve and enjoy!
