This is one of the most delicious pie recipes ever! I love anything and everything lemon. Raspberry Lemonade is one of my favorite drinks. So, if we put it in pie form, then it is heavenly! This pie recipe is perfection. I got the idea for this recipe from a recipe that my grandma had. I thought hers was good, but I wanted to take it to the next level. I added crushed raspberries and doubled the lemon and make this yummy pie. It is a frozen pie and is perfect for anytime of year. You can impress your friends and family in the summer, or you can make this to impress them for Thanksgiving. Either way, it is going to be a family favorite. This recipe is simple to make and only takes a few ingredients and a few minutes. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust

1 ½ c. Crushed Graham Crackers

¼ c. Sugar

5 Tbl. Salted Butter

Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes

Pie Filling

12 oz. Raspberries

12 oz. Lemonade Concentrate

¼ c. Lemon Juice

5 c. Vanilla Ice Cream

Whipped Cream for the topping

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar, and the Melted Butter. Mix it well. Then press it into the bottom of a pie dish. I like to use a deep pie dish for this recipe.

3. Bake the crust for 7 minutes. Remove the crust and let it cool completely.

4. In a medium-sized mixing bowl add the Raspberries. Crush them. Then add the Lemonade Concentrate, Lemon Juice, and the Vanilla Ice Cream. Stir it together until it is mixed well.

5. Pour into the pie crust. Freeze for 3 hours.

6. Let the pie thaw for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy! (Store the pie in the freezer)
