The name of these brownies speak for themselves! Seriously, they are amazing! They are rich and fudgy and taste better than a candy bar. I had to hide these when I made them because I kept wanting to eat them. I could have eaten the whole pan by myself…in several sitting. They are pretty rich. They have a soft, chocolatey brownie on the bottom, topped with gooey marshmallows and a chocolate peanut butter crispy topping. You can eat this as a delicious bite, or take a bite of each layer and it is equally delicious. If you need an easy dessert to impress family and friends, or coworkers, then this is a recipe that will do it! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Brownies

1 c. Salted Butter

2 c. Sugar

4 Eggs

½ c. Cocoa

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 ½ c. Flour

Bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes

10 oz. Mini Marshmallows

Topping

2 c. Chocolate Chips

1 ¼ c. Creamy Peanut Butter

5 Tbl. Salted Butter

3 c. Rice Krispies Cereal

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Cream the Butter and the Sugar.

3. Add the Eggs, Cocoa, Salt, Vanilla, and the Flour. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.

4. Spread the Brownie Batter in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Then bake it for 25-30 minutes.

5. Remove from the oven and pour the Mini Marshmallow on top and spread them evenly over the top. Put the brownies back in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.

6. Make the topping. In a sauce pan melt the Chocolate Chips. Stir in the Peanut Butter, Butter. Add the Rice Krispies and stir it until it is smooth and creamy. Spread it over the top of the Marshmallows.

7. Allow the topping to cool and harden. You can speed up the process by placing it in the refrigerator.

8. Serve and enjoy!
