This is a delicious brownie recipe! Who doesn’t love melted, gooey marshmallow squished between two layers of chocolate?! That really is what these brownies are! The brownie is soft and moist with the perfect chocolate flavor. The chocolate frosting on top is rich and creamy. These brownies really are to die for! My family loves them and they don’t stay around for very long when I make them. This recipe is simple to make and doesn’t take much time. You can make these for your family, or they will disappear quickly if you take them to a potluck. I hope you love them as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Brownies

1 c. Salted Butter

2 c. Sugar

4 Eggs

½ c. Cocoa

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 ½ c. Flour

10 oz. Mini Marshmallows

Chocolate Frosting

½ c. Salted Butter

½ c. Cocoa

2 tsp. Vanilla

¼ c. Milk

3 c. Powdered Sugar

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Butter and the Sugar. Mix it well.

3. Add the Eggs and mix it well.

4. Add the Cocoa, Salt, Vanilla, and the Flour. Mix it well.

5. Spread the batter in the bottom of a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it is done.

6. Immediately sprinkle the Marshmallows evenly over the top of the brownies. Put them back in the oven for about 2 minutes, or until they are soft. Remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.

7. Make the Chocolate Frosting. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Butter, Cocoa, Vanilla, Milk, and the Powdered Sugar. Mix it well.

8. Spread the frosting on the brownies.

9. Serve and enjoy!
