If you are looking for a delicious and easy meal on the grill, then you will love these pork chops! I love the warm weather when I can spend time in the sun. I especially love anything cooked on the grill. I like to keep the heat out of the kitchen on hot days, and food always tastes better when it has been cooked outside. This marinate only takes a few minutes to put together, with only a few ingredients. The pork chops are tasty and moist, and if cooked right they are tender and delicious. I like to cook them on a low temperature on the grill to make sure that they are tender. It is easy to cook them on high and get them done quick, but they are usually much harder to eat that way. So, cook them on a low temperature and you will have a tangy marinated pork chop cooked to perfection! The whole family loves this recipe. I hope you love it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Mix the Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Olive Oil, Ketchup, and the Minced Garlic. Then pour it over the Pork Chops and let it marinate for 1-6 hours.
2. Heat the grill. I like to cook the meat on a low temperature. Cook the pork chops until the internal temperature is 145°F. Continue to baste them as you cook them.
3. Serve and enjoy!
