This marinated grilled oriental chicken is tender, juicy, and packed with sweet and savory Asian-inspired flavor. The simple marinade comes together quickly and makes this an easy favorite for summer grilling, weeknight dinners, or serving over rice with your favorite veggies. This was a huge favorite with my whole family, and we will be making this on repeat! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Japanese BBQ Sauce, Stone Ground Mustard, and the Garlic Powder. Stir together to combine. Pour in a gallon-sized Ziplock bag.
2. Add the Chicken Thighs and close the top of the bag. Shake to ensure that all the chicken is covered in the marinade. Refrigerate for 4-8 hours. It is best if it is marinated for longer.
3. Grill on a low temperature, and cook till the internal temperature is 165°F. Remove from the heat.
4. Serve and enjoy!
