These savory ham and cheese muffins are fluffy, cheesy, and packed with delicious bites of ham. They are quick and easy to make, making them perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a tasty snack. If you are looking for a quick and easy breakfast that isn’t loaded with sugar, then this is a great option! My family loved this recipe and we will be making it on repeat in the future!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl combine the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, and the Garlic Powder. Stir together.
3. Add the Egg, Milk, and the Melted Butter and mix together until it is smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in the Shredded Cheese and the Chopped Ham.
5. Line your muffin pan with paper liners. Fill each muffin cup ¾ full. Sprinkle the top with Shredded Cheese. Click here for the muffin pan that I use and love!
6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool.
7. Serve fresh, or refrigerate after they are cooled. Enjoy!
