Grilled Lemon Chicken
This is a recipe that I received from my grandma. I have always loved a hint of lemon in anything, so lemon chicken is sure to be a winning recipe! I grew up eating lemon pepper on chicken, but chicken marinated in lemon is so much better! This recipe is also so simple to make and is perfect for a busy night. You can marinade it for an hour, or overnight. It is simple to grill and it makes a delicious and healthy main dish. I like to serve this with a side of rice or potatoes and a vegetable. It is a simple dinner, but full of flavor. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. In a small mixing bowl combine the Lemon Juice, Water, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and the Salt. Stir together.
2. Place the Chicken and the Lemon mixture in a Ziplock bag. Let it marinate for at least an hour. The longer you let it marinade, the more lemon flavor you will have.
3. Grill the chicken on a low temperature until it is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Serve and enjoy!
