This is a fun Halloween treat that my family loves! I love it because it is so simple to make, and who doesn’t love a Nutter Butter? They are even better coated in White Chocolate. These are great to make to take to a Halloween Potluck or to any Halloween activity. They are so cute, and they will be sure to be eaten quickly!

Ingredients:

1 package Nutter Butter Cookies

24-36 oz. White Chocolate

½ c. Melted Chocolate Chips

Preparation:

1. Melt the White Chocolate in the Microwave or on the stove on a low heat. I usually use Almond Bark White Chocolate and melt it in the microwave according to package directions.

2. Prepare a baking sheet with Waxed Paper spread on it.

3. When the chocolate is melted, place the Nutter Butter in the chocolate and cover it completely with chocolate. Drain any excess chocolate off the bottom. I use a fork to do this so that it is easy to get the extra chocolate off. Place the cookie on the wax paper. Dip the remaining cookies.

4. You can use candy eyes, mini chocolate chips, or melted chocolate for the eyes and the mouth. I melt the chocolate and use a piping bag to make the eyes and the mouth.

5. For the mummies, get a spoon of melted white chocolate and drizzle it across the dipped cookies to make lines across them. You can use a piping bag for this as well, but I like them to look a little more uneven.

6. Let the chocolate harden.

7. Serve and enjoy!
