French Onion Beef Casserole
This is a delicious and simple dinner that you can make for your family on a busy weeknight. My family loves this meal! My kids devour it and ask for more. It is simple enough that my 9-year-old can make it. I also love that it makes a big meal so that we can have it for another meal so that I don’t have to cook as often. Your family will love this one!
Preparation:
1. Cook the Noodles according to package directions. Drain and put them in a large mixing bowl, or if you want to save on dishes, then put them back in your pot.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3. While the noodles are cooking, brown the Ground Beef. Drain the grease.
4. Add the Cream of Mushroom Soup and the Lays French Onion Dip to the ground beef. Stir it together, then combine with the noodles. Make sure the noodles are completely coated with the sauce.
5. Place it in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle the French’s Fried Onions evenly on top of the noodles.
6. Bake fore 25-30 minutes, or until it is heated through completely.
7. Serve and enjoy!
