If you are a Butterfinger lover, then these cookies are for you! Butterfingers are one of my absolute favorite candy bars. I love the crunch and the flavor of them. These cookies are loaded with Butterfingers. The cookie is a soft, chewy peanut butter cookie with Butterfinger pieces throughout. It is topped with melted Peanut Butter and Butterfinger pieces. This cookie gives you the best of both worlds! It is so delicious. I think this recipe is better than Crumbl’s, but you can judge for yourself. It is so much cheaper to make them at home! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Butterfinger Cookies

1 c. Salted Butter

1 ½ c. Brown Sugar

½ c. Sugar

2 Eggs

1 c. Peanut Butter

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Vanilla

3 ½ -4 c. Flour

3-4 c. Butterfinger Pieces

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes

Topping

¾ c. Melted Peanut Butter

1-2 c. Butterfinger pieces

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Brown Sugar, and the Sugar.

3. Add the Eggs and mix well.

4. Add the Baking Powder, Salt, Vanilla, and the Peanut Butter. Mix it up well.

5. Add the Flour and mix well.

6. Add the Butterfinger Pieces and mix.

7. Grease a baking sheet and roll the cookie dough into 1 ½-2 inch balls of dough. Place them on the baking sheet. Bake them for 10-12 minutes. Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and then move them to a cooling rack to finish cooling. Click here for the extra large baking sheets that I use and love!

8. Melt the Peanut Butter in the microwave until it is easy to stir and kind of runny. Then spoon the Peanut Butter over the top of the cookie. Sprinkle Butterfinger pieces over the top of the Peanut Butter.

9. Serve and enjoy!
