This is an easy way to make delicious and tender chicken. When I made this recipe for the first time, my family went wild over it! The chicken is moist and juicy and the sauce is full of flavor. This is a recipe that will leave you wanting to lick your plate clean. I love it because it is quick and easy to make. You can make this for company, or for a weeknight family dinner. I love to make this in my cast iron pan because it cooks the chicken so well, but any kind of pan will work for this recipe. I like to serve this with pasta or potatoes. It goes with both! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Cut each Chicken Breast in half so that they are thin.
2. Heat a frying pan on the stove on a medium heat. Melt ¼ c. Butter. Dip each piece of chicken in the Flour and place it in the heated pan. Sprinkle Ranch Dressing Mix over the top of each piece of chicken. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes, then flip it to the other side and cook it for another 5 minutes. Keep the pan covered while cooking. Cook the chicken until the internal temperature is 165°F. When it is finished cooking place the chicken in a covered container to keep it warm while you make the sauce.
3. In the same pan, melt ¼ c. Butter and add the Minced Garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until it is fragrant.
4. Add the Whipping Cream and the Ranch Dressing Mix. Stir it in and cook it on a medium heat until it boils while stirring constantly. Let it boil for 2 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan Cheese. Continue to cook it until it is thick and creamy. Add the Chicken back into the pan and cover it with the sauce and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on a very low heat.
5. Serve and enjoy!
