This is a delicious variation of pumpkin pie. If you are a pumpkin lover, then you will love this recipe! It is a mix between pumpkin pie and cheesecake. The pie is flavored perfectly and is creamy and delicious. This makes a perfect pie for Thanksgiving if you want to make something a little different for your family or friends. They are all huge pumpkin pie fans, and this one was a huge hit! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 unbaked 9-inch Pie Crust

8 oz. Cream Cheese

¾ c. Sugar

½ tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Nutmeg

½ tsp. Ginger

2 Eggs

1-15 oz. can Pumpkin

1 tsp. Vanilla

Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.


2. Place a rolled-out pie crust in your pie pan. Crimp the edges. Click here for a delicious pie crust recipe.


3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the Cream Cheese until it is smooth and creamy. Add the Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Ginger, and the Nutmeg and mix it until it is creamy.


4. Add the Eggs one at a time and mix in well.


5. Mix in the Pumpkin and the Vanilla. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.


6. Pour the Pie Filling into the pie crust. Smooth it out.


7. Bake the pie for 50-55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate the pie for 3-4 hours before serving.


8. Serve and enjoy!
