This is a delicious dessert that I love! They are easy to make and can be used as a fancy dessert. I love to make these around Thanksgiving and Christmas. They are festive and your family will love them! They don’t have a strong cranberry flavor. I don’t love cranberry sauce, but I do love these. So, if you are scared away by the cranberries, then give these a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients:

Crust

2 c. Flour

1 ½ c. Quick Oats

¼ c. Brown Sugar

1 c. Salted Butter

1 package White Chocolate Chips

Cheesecake

1 package Cream Cheese

1 c. Sweetened Condensed Milk

½ c. Lemon Juice

1 tsp. Vanilla

Cranberry

15 oz. can Cranberry Sauce (without whole berries)

2 Tbl. Cornstarch

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the Flour, Oatmeal, Brown Sugar, and the Butter.

3. Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Press all but 2 cups of the flour mixture into the bottom of the pan. Save the remaining 2 cups for later.

4. Sprinkle the bottom flour layer evenly with 1 ½ c. White Chocolate Chips. Add the remaining ½ c. to the reserved flour mixture and mix it up.

5. In a mixing bowl mix the Cream Cheese until it is smooth. Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice, and the Vanilla. Mix it until it is smooth and creamy.

6. Pour the Cream Cheese mixture over the White Chocolate Chips and spread it out evenly.

7. In a small mixing bowl combine the Cranberry Sauce and the Cornstarch. Mix until it is combined.

8. Pour the Cranberry mixture over the Cream Cheese.

9. Spread the remaining Flour mixture evenly over the Cranberry mixture.

10. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.

11. Serve and enjoy!
