This is a recipe for any chocolate lover! This is a moist and a gooey brownie that is rich and has double chocolate. It also has delicious raspberries in the middle. I am a huge chocolate and raspberry lover, so this is a new favorite dessert! When I made it for my family they went wild over it. This recipe could be great for company or for a special occasion like Valentines Day. It is simple to make and very addicting. If you want to wow your office, friends, family, or special loved one, then make these for them. You won’t fail to win them over!

Ingredients:

1 c. Salted Butter

7 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (or 1 c. Heaping)

4 Eggs

1 ½ c. Brown Sugar

1 1/3 c. Flour

¼ tsp. Baking Powder

1/3 c. Cocoa

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 c. Frozen Raspberries

1 c. Chocolate Chips

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2. Melt the 7 oz. Chocolate Chips and the Butter on the Stove on a medium heat.

3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl mix the Eggs and the Brown Sugar. Don’t over-mix them.

4. Add the Flour, Baking Powder, Cocoa, Vanilla and the Chocolate Mixture. Stir them together.

5. Line an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper and spray it with Pam Spray. Then spread half of the batter in the bottom. Sprinkle it with the Raspberries and then 1 c. Chocolate Chips. Then spread the remaining batter over the top.

6. Bake for 40 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

8. Serve and enjoy!
