Chocolate Lasagna
This is a light and delicious dessert that will please any chocolate lover! It has a delicious Oreo crust layered with Cream Cheese and Chocolate Pudding. I love to make this for company or for a potluck because it is sure to be something that everyone will love! It speaks to kids as well as adults. This recipe is simple to make and is the perfect recipe for any beginner. It is creamy and will last well in the fridge. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Crush whole Oreos in a food processor or in a Ziplock Bag. Crush them until they are crumbly and can pack together. Spread them in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Cream Cheese, 8 oz. Cool Whip, and the Powdered Sugar until it is smooth.
4. In another medium-sized bowl mix the Chocolate Pudding and the Milk. Mix it until it is thick.
5. Spread half the Cream Cheese mixture over the Oreo Crust. Then spread half of the Chocolate Pudding over the top. Spread the remaining Cream Cheese mixture over the Pudding, and then Spread the remaining Pudding on top.
6. Spread 8 oz. Cool Whip on top of the Pudding. Shave Chocolate over the top.
7. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
8. Serve and enjoy!
