This is a delicious and easy recipe that I love to make. This is one of my favorite ways to make potatoes. They are so cheesy and have the best flavor! They are easy to make and don’t require a lot of time or ingredients. I like to make this along side grilled chicken or pork. It makes an easy side dish. My kids love this recipe and always ask for more. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

5 lb. Potatoes

¼ c. Knorr Chicken Bullion

2 c. Sour Cream

4 c. Shredded Cheese

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour 30 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.


2. Peel and dice the Potatoes into small, bite-sized pieces. Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Then sprinkle 1 Tbl. Chicken Bullion over the top. Repeat 3 more times with. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.


3. Remove the potatoes from the oven and add the Sour Cream and the 3 cups of the Cheese. Stir the potatoes to mix it in. Then spread the remaining 1 c. Cheese on top. Cover and bake for another 30 minutes.


4. Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
