Air Fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu
This is a delicious recipe! Whenever I think about Chicken Cordon Bleu I think about hours of preparation and time. I love to eat it, but I am always scared away by the time that it takes. I decided that I wanted to find a quick and easy recipe without sacrificing any flavor. This recipe is it! I am not afraid to make it anymore and my family LOVES this recipe! It cooks quickly in the Air Fryer. It is crispy on the outside and juicy and moist on the inside. If you have always been afraid to make Chicken Cordon Bleu, then try this method. You will love how quickly it comes together! I hope you enjoy it!
Preparation:
1. Slice the Chicken Breasts in half, width-side. See the picture for an example. Then use a meat tenderizer to pound them thin. This should only take a few minutes because you already made them pretty thin.
2. Place the Deli Ham and the Sliced Swiss Cheese on the Chicken Breast. Roll it up and place a toothpick in the top to hold it closed. Repeat with the remaining Chicken.
3. Crush the Ritz Crackers in a food processor, or in a Ziplock bag. Place them in a
medium mixing bowl. Add the Parmesan Cheese and the Garlic Salt and stir it together.
4. Melt the Butter and set aside.
5. Roll each rolled piece of chicken in the Butter, then roll it in the Ritz Cracker mixture until it is completely coated. Place it in the Air Fryer. Click here for the Air Fryer that I use and love!
6. Cook it at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
7. Remove and serve.
