Air Fryer BBQ Bacon Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is a family favorite! I love this because I can make it for a quick Sunday dinner, or I can use it for a fancy Christmas party! It is quick and simple to make, but it tastes amazing! Who doesn’t love Bacon wrapped anything? Add BBQ sauce to that, and it is heavenly. The pork is tender and juicy and packed with flavor. You just can’t go wrong with this meal. I like to pair this with Rice, Potatoes, or even Cheesy Potatoes and a Salad. It is a quick and easy dinner that will wow everyone. Hope you enjoy it!
Preparation:
1. Dry each Pork Tenderloin with a paper towel to remove any excess liquid.
2. Lay out the Bacon on a cutting board with the short sides touching each other, making it as long as the pork tenderloin. Lay the Pork Tenderloin on top of the Bacon and then wrap the bacon around it and place a toothpick in each piece of bacon to keep it in place. See the picture for an example. Do this for both pieces of pork tenderloin.
3. Place the Bacon wrapped Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer. Baste the bacon with the BBQ Sauce. Click here for the Air Fryer that I use and love!
4. Cook the Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping it over half-way through cooking it. Baste it again when you flip it over. The internal temperature should be 150°F.
5. Remove the Pork Tenderloin from the Air Fryer. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Remove all the toothpicks before you serve.
6. Slice it up. Sere and enjoy!
