Strawberries and Cream Cookies
These are seriously one of my favorite cookies! These cookies are simple to make and are packed with the right amount of strawberry flavor and white chocolate chips. These cookies will stay soft for at least a week and there is no refrigeration required. I love to make these cookies any time of year, but especially in the spring and summer. My husband loves/hates it when I make these cookies because he will eat the entire batch because they are so good! These cookies have freeze dried strawberries in them. I usually buy them on Amazon, but you can get them anywhere you like. I hope you love these as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Sugar, and the Cream Cheese.
3. Add the Eggs and mix them well.
4. Add the Baking Powder, Salt, and the Vanilla and mix well.
5. Add the Flour and mix well.
6. Add the Freeze-Dried Strawberries and the White Chocolate Chips and mix them in.
7. Grease a baking sheet. Roll the cookies into 1 ½ inch balls of dough. Then bake for 10-12 minutes. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them to cool. Let them cool completely.
8. Serve and enjoy!
