
This is a delicious soup recipe that is perfect for a cold day. This recipe is different from my normal cauliflower soup recipe because it has a bit of a kick to it. It has Pepper Jack Cheese in it which gives it some good spice and flavor. My family really loves this soup! They always devour it whenever I make it for dinner so that there isn’t any leftover. This soup is also simple to make for a busy night. I love to eat soup when it is cold, and this is one of my go-to recipes. I hope you love it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Dice the Onion and Mince the Garlic.
2. Melt the Butter in a large, heavy-bottom soup pot. Sauté the Onions and Garlic until they are tender and fragrant.
3. Add the Flour and stir it in. Then add the Milk. Use a whisk to stir it so that it doesn’t get clumpy. Add the Water and the Knorr Chicken Bullion.
4. Chop the Cauliflower into medium pieces. Add the Cauliflower to the pot and cook it until it is tender.
5. Use a Potato Masher to mash the Cauliflower into smaller pieces.
6. Add the Pepper Jack Cheese and the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese. Stir it until the cheese is melted. Remove from the heat.
7. Serve and enjoy!
