Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
I have always loved spinach dip, but warm, cheesy spinach dip is so delicious! I love this recipe because it is delicious and so simple! All you have to do is mix it up in the crock pot and warm it through and then you are done and you have an amazing Spinach Artichoke Dip. My family loves this dip and asks for it for family fun nights, or for special occasions. I hope that you love it as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Thaw the spinach. Squeeze and drain as much liquid as you can from the spinach.
2. Drain and chop the Artichokes into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a Crock Pot, combine the Cream Cheese, Butter, Sour Cream, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, Diced Green Chilies, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese.
4. Turn the Crock Pot on low and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve immediately with Corn Chips, Pita Chips, Crackers, or Pumpernickel Bread.
6. Enjoy!
