This recipe is literally one of my absolute favorites! Everyone loves a good smore, but when you can enjoy them as a “cookie” they are even better! It is a combination of the graham cracker dough, gooey marshmallow fluff, and chocolate. When I make them, they always disappear so fast! Whether I make them for my family or for a potluck, they are gone fast! They are also so easy to make. You will always win with this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 c. Salted Butter, softened

½ c. Sugar

½ c. Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

1 ½ c. Graham Cracker Crumbs

½ tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Baking Powder

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 ½ c. Flour

2 c. Chocolate Chips

1 13 oz. jar of Marshmallow Fluff (or two 7 oz. jars)

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Butter and the Sugar and mix well.

3. Add the Eggs one at a time and mix well.

4. Add the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Salt, Baking Powder, and Vanilla. Mix well.

5. Add the Flour and mix well.

6. Grease a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread 2/3 of the batter in the bottom of the pan and reserve the remaining 1/3 of the dough in the mixing bowl.

7. Sprinkle Semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of the dough in the pan. You can also use broken up pieces of Hershey Bars.

8. Spread the Marshmallow Fluff over the Chocolate Chips. I like to spray my rubber spatula with pam spray so that it doesn’t stick so bad. Otherwise, it is a mess!

9. Drop the remaining dough by spoonful’s on top of the marshmallow fluff. There will be some marshmallow showing still. Drop it evenly around the pan.

10. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until lightly golden brown.

11. Serve and enjoy! You can eat them when they are warm and gooey, and you can wait till they are cooled. They are both delicious!

Troubleshooting and Tips

  • The dough is sticky. You can spray your hand with pam to help pat the dough into place.

Alterations

  • You can use Milk Chocolate Chips if you prefer. You can also use broken up Hershey Bars instead of Chocolate chips.
