S’mores Cookies
These cookies are absolutely delicious! They are soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. They are filled with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs to give them an amazing taste. They are then topped with melted, gooey marshmallows with a melty Hershey bar on top. These cookies are nothing short of perfection! When I made them for the first time my family went wild over them. Needless to say, they are made on repeat. These cookies will stay soft for days and still taste amazing. These are perfect to make for your family, friends, neighbors, or potlucks. They will not stay around for long. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl cream the Butter, Brown Sugar, and the Sugar.
3. Add the Eggs and mix them well.
4. Add the Graham Cracker Crumbs, Salt, Baking Powder, and the Vanilla. Mix well.
5. Add the Flour. Mix well.
6. Add the Chocolate Chips and stir them in until they are mixed in evenly.
7. Roll balls of dough about 1 ½ inches in diameter. Flatten with the palm of your hand. Then bake for 8 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and place 6-8 Mini-Marshmallows on the top of the cookies. Place the cookies back in the oven for 2-3 more minutes. The marshmallows will be puffy and lightly browned. Place a square of Hershey’s chocolate in the center of the marshmallows.
8. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the pan for 5 minutes. Then remove them from the pan and place them on a cooling rack to finish cooling. Drizzle with Nutella if you want to add the extra touch of perfection to the cookies.
9. Serve and enjoy!

Alterations
You can use any flavor of Chocolate Chips you would like to use. I prefer Semi-sweet.
You can omit the Nutella or the Hersheys Bar to make it more simple, but they make these cookies to die for!
