This is one of the world’s easiest dips to make. I love to make this for my family for special occasions or for a movie night. It is fast and easy to make and it tastes so yummy! The kids like to eat it with Tortilla Chips or Ritz Crackers. It would also be yummy with Fritos. You can spice it up if you like spicy dip, or you can keep it mild. I usually keep it mild for the kids and then add a little hot sauce to mine. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

1 lb. Sausage

2-8 oz. packages Cream Cheese

1-10 oz. can Rotel, drained

Preparation:

1. Brown the Sausage in a frying pan. Drain the grease. Place the Sausage in a Crock Pot. Click here for the Crock Pot that I use and love!

2. Add the Cream Cheese and the Rotel.

3. Cook on Low for 3-4 hours, or on High for 1-2 hours. Stir together.

4. Serve and enjoy!
