This is one of my favorite quick and easy meals to make for my family. I was never a huge fan of sloppy joes, but this recipe is one that I get excited about! This recipe is seriously packed with flavor. It combines the deliciousness of Philly cheesesteak with ease. This recipe only takes about 20 minutes or less to make and my kids go wild over it. Even my picky kids love it, so that is a huge win for me. I usually cook some fries to go with this recipe and have some fruit on the side. This is the perfect dinner for a busy night, and so much cheaper than takeout! I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!
Preparation:
1. Cook the Ground Beef. When it is mostly cooked add the chopped Onion, Pepper, and the Minced Garlic. Cook it until the pepper and onion are tender. Drain any remaining grease.
2. Add the Worcestershire Sauce, Salt, Pepper, and the Sour Cream. Stir it until it is mixed together. Then add 6 slices of Pepperjack Cheese and stir it in until it is melted.
3. Place the remaining 6 slices of Pepperjack Cheese on top and cover the pan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Take it off the heat and serve immediately.
4. Serve and enjoy!
