Grandma's Cheeseball
This is a recipe that came from my grandma. Our family’s tradition was to eat cheeseball and crackers every Christmas Eve with our dinner. This is my favorite recipe, although I enjoy several different kinds of cheeseball. This recipe is also my kids’ favorite as well. Whenever I make it, I usually have to make two because it gets eaten so fast. This recipe is simple and delicious. You are going to love it!
Preparation:
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the Cream Cheese, Old English Cheese Spread, Grated Cheese, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, and the Parsley. Mix it until it is combined and mixed well.
2. Refrigerate the cheese mixture for 2 hours before forming it into a ball. It makes it a lot easier to work with.
3. Chop the Pecans and place them in a medium-sized bowl.
4. Scoop the cheeseball mixture out and form it in a ball in your hands. Roll the ball in the Pecans and place it on a serving dish.
5. Serve with a variety of crackers. Enjoy!
