These are a huge family favorite at our house! We don’t make them very often, but whenever we do, they don’t last long. We love to make these at Easter and Christmas. I love to eat them with our ham dinner. These are so simple to make! I boil the eggs in the Instant Pot and they come out perfect every time. I like to make these the traditional way. I don’t love pickles in my deviled eggs. I am a huge pickle lover, but not in my eggs. These are simple without all the extras. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

12 Eggs

½ c. Mayonnaise

¾ tsp. Seasoned Salt

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

Dash of Pepper

Paprika for garnish

Preparation:

1. Boil 12 Eggs and allow them to cool completely.

2. Peel the Eggs and cut them in half.

3. Scoop the Yolks out of each egg and place the yolks in a small mixing bowl. Mash the Yolks well with a fork. Then mix them with a hand mixer.

4. Add the Seasoned Salt, Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, and a dash of Pepper. Mix until it is smooth and creamy.

5. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a large frosting tip. Pipe the mixture into each Egg white. I like to rinse and dry my egg whites before I fill them to make them prettier.

6. Sprinkle Paprika over the top of each Egg.

7. Serve and enjoy!
