This is the ultimate cookies and cream pie recipe. The recipes I have had in the past have been pretty thin and flavorless. If I am going to make a pie, I want it to be thick and delicious. So, I decided to create my own recipe to make it into what I wanted. This pie is both easy and delicious. It is a pie that takes minutes to make, but everyone will want a slice. Who doesn’t love Oreos? So, if you are looking for that perfect pie to take to Thanksgiving dinner, or you want a quick and easy dessert to please a crowd anytime, this is a great one. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

Crust

1 ½ c. Oreo Crumbs

¼ c. Butter

Bake at 375°F for 7 minutes

Pie Filling

2-8 oz. packages Cream Cheese

2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

1 c. Powdered Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

3 c. Oreo Pieces

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Crush the Oreos in either a Food Processor or a Ziplock bag. Click here if you would like an amazing Food Processor.

3. Mix the Oreo Crumbs and the Butter. Then press them into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake for 7 minutes and let it cool completely.

4. Mix the Cream Cheese until it is smooth and creamy.

5. In a separate bowl mix the Whipping Cream until it is stiff and add the Powdered Sugar. Mix both the Whipping Cream and the Cream Cheese together. Add the Vanilla.

6. Stir the Oreo Chunks into the mixture.

7. Pour the filling into the pie crust and smooth it out.

8. Serve and enjoy!
