This is a delicious recipe that my family loves! We love anything and everything with Peanut Butter and Chocolate! These cookie bars are delicious! It is difficult to eat just one and any time I take them somewhere people always ask for the recipe. I love to make them because they are so simple to make, but they are such a crowd pleaser! The fudgy center is rich and chocolaty surrounded by a crispy peanut butter crust. You just can’t go wrong. I hope that you enjoy this recipe as much as we do! And I’ll bet you can’t eat just one 😉

Ingredients:

1 Yellow Cake Mix

½ c. Melted Butter

1 c. Peanut Butter

2 Eggs

2 c. Peanut Butter Chips

2 c. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation:

1.Preheat the oven to 325°.

2. In a mixing bowl combine the Yellow Cake Mix, Melted Butter, Peanut Butter, and the Eggs. Mix it well.

3. Spread 2/3 of the dough in the bottom of a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake it for 10 minutes.

4. While it is baking mix 1 bag Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips in the remaining dough and set it aside.

5. In a saucepan mix 2 c. Chocolate Chips and 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk. Cook it on a medium-low heat until the chocolate is melted and it is combined. Add the Vanilla and stir it in.

6. When the crust comes out of the oven, pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and gently spread it evenly over the top.

7. Spoon the remaining dough over the top of the Chocolate mixture, but leave some space between spoonfuls.

8. Place the pan back in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.

9. Serve and enjoy!
