Brown Sugar Muffins
This muffin recipe is a favorite of mine. I love it because it is delicious and flavorful, but also because it is so simple to make! I can make a batch of these for a quick and delicious breakfast for my family, or I can make these to go with a soup. My kids love these muffins and eat them quickly. They are good with butter, jam, or honey.
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl cream the Butter and the Brown Sugar.
3. Add the Egg and mix it well.
4. Add the Milk, Baking Soda, Salt, Vanilla and the Flour and mix it well.
5. Line the muffin tins with paper liners. Spray the tin with Pam Spray. Fill each muffin tin until it is almost full. I like to use a 1/3 c. measuring cup to fill my muffins.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!
