This is refreshing and delicious recipe! Whether you like to eat this as a salad or a dessert, you can’t go wrong. I love fruit and cool whip salads because they are so quick and easy to make, and they are always a crowd favorite. This is a fun 4th of July potluck recipe, or an anytime recipe. You can make this for church potlucks, family dinners, or just because it is yummy. My family absolutely loves this salad. I hope you love this recipe as much as we do!

Ingredients:

2-3 oz. packages Instant Cheesecake Pudding

2 c. Milk

8 oz. Cream Cheese

16 oz. Cool Whip

3 c. Fresh Blueberries

4 c. Sliced Strawberries

10 oz. Mini Marshmallows

Preparation:

1. In a large mixing bowl mix the Pudding and the Milk together. Then add the Cream Cheese and mix it until it is smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the Cool Whip.

3. Add the Blueberries, Sliced Strawberries, and the Marshmallows. Stir to combine.

4. Serve and enjoy!
